Shipping inside India is free of cost, we use reliable courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally, for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or for the returns if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID EXCHANGE:

All product tags intact and in their original packaging.
Product must be unused.
Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.
An uninterrupted unboxing video should be shared with us with the delivery slip in focus.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be returned or exchanged.

Note: One-time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT TO KIBHAR, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Exchange is done only if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered).
Customer would have to share an uninterrupted unboxing video of the parcel at kibharindia@gmail.com
For any exchange of a product, a nominal charge of Rs. 100/- per product for the return parcel shipping as well as for the exchange order shipping will be charged or the price calculated at the time of shipping, whichever is higher will be applicable for exchange shipment charges. This amount will be charged prior to processing the exchange.
We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick-up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed.
